When you contact us, we will ask you to fill in an order form and send us the logo or print files. We will then draw up a proposal and a production plan based on this.

There is no minimum order quantity – we also produce single items.
However, when ordering 30 or more units, quantity discounts apply. The larger the order, the more favorable the unit price. This is especially beneficial for sports teams or larger groups.

Since the products are individually tailored according to your chosen design, colors, logos, and inscriptions, standard returns do not apply. However, we assess each situation individually – if there are any issues or a need for adjustments, we always seek the most appropriate solution together with the client.

To ensure that the outfit fits perfectly, it is important to accurately measure four key body parameters:

• Height – measured from the top of the head to the heels, standing upright.
• Chest – wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of your chest.
• Waist – measured at the narrowest point of the waist (usually at the navel line).
• Hips – measured at the widest point of the hips, holding the tape measure parallel to the ground.

Sublimation is a digital printing technology in which ink is absorbed directly into the fabric fibers, making the image not only vivid but also extremely durable. This method is ideal for colorful, complex designs, logos, symbols, or graphics. Most commonly used for polyester fabrics, especially sportswear.

Thermal printing is a process in which a special film with the desired image is cut out with a plotter and transferred onto clothing or fabric using a hot press. This technology is ideal for simple logos, symbols, or text, especially when personalizing names or numbers. However, thermal printing is not suitable for fine details or color gradients, as it only allows for clear shapes and a limited number of colors.

Vector files such as .cdr, .ai, .eps, or .pdf are best suited because they ensure the highest print quality and accuracy. We can also use high-resolution .png or .jpg files if their width is at least 1200 pixels. We always check the quality of files before printing.
